  • Supplying information about destinations, accommodations, transportation, and tourist activities;
  • Ensuring excellent customer service, exceeding clients' expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Market research skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Possession of an IATA card an asset.
