Job Title: Account Representative

Job Summary:

Smith & Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Representative to join our Brazil team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business through networking and sales calls to sell semiconductors, electronic components equipment, and other Smith's products and services globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify customer leads and opportunities.
  • Engage in heavy cold calling and prospecting to advertise and upsell the value-added services offered by Smith.
  • Negotiate prices with customers based on market trends.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to stay informed about current inventory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to retain sales and cultivate a continuous pipeline of prospects.
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies to generate sales leads, pursue industry growth, and effectively represent Smith to established clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling semiconductors.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong cold calling and relationship building skills.
  • Aptitude to connect with customers over the phone and in person to build relationships and close deals.
  • Ability to make outbound phone calls daily.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction, confidentiality, and managing proprietary data.
  • Dynamic and self-motivated individual.
