Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Regional Business Process Owner to manage activities and projects for countries in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage processes and projects for countries in the LATAM region.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and ensure data quality.
  • Design and maintain functional roadmaps for business processes.
  • Incorporate local situations with central standardization.
  • Align functional roadmaps with technical/IT roadmaps.
  • Represent and align with other process owners.
  • Documentation, Process and Control (RCF) Ownership:
    • Represent Process view.
    • Process documents - roadmaps.
    • Process change.
    • Audit and improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Data Management:
    • Ensure accurate CRC and Forbearance data.
    • Execute powerful data mining and analysis within the Regional data.
  • Change Management:
    • Initiate and contribute to realize embedded process change in countries.
    • Ensure detailed work-out with counties on implementation of Future state.
    • Support and align new process launch for the cluster countries.
  • Business as Usual:
    • Governance: bi-weekly meetings/calls with Global Process Coordinator and the other Regional BPO's.
    • Monitor monthly process performance against KPIs / SLAs.
  • Personal Development:
    • Competency development.
    • Business Process knowledge development.
