Responsabilidades e atribuições
Estamos em busca de um(a) Business Owner com forte perfil estratégico e visão de negócios, que será responsável por impulsionar o crescimento e a rentabilidade da frente de soluções digitais. Esse profissional conectará oportunidades de mercado aos objetivos estratégicos da empresa. Buscamos alguém com capacidade de equilibrar pensamento estratégico e disciplina de execução, com forte direcionamento para negócios e uma visão de futuro bem estruturada.

Principais atribuições:

  • Atuar como referência estratégica para a área de negócios, com foco na geração de valor, diferenciação competitiva e crescimento sustentável;
  • Orquestrar iniciativas de rentabilização e maximização da entrega de valor das soluções, em conjunto com as áreas parceiras;
  • Monitorar resultados de negócio e propor mudanças de rotas, conforme métricas de performance;
  • Identificar oportunidades de evolução do portfólio de produtos e da experiência digital em nosso canais;
  • Acompanhar a concorrência, tendências de mercado e evolução regulatória, estruturando a visão de futuro do negócio;
  • Negociar e influenciar decisões junto a diferentes stakeholders, construindo storytelling consistente e apresentações executivas;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com diferentes áreas, com clareza de comunicação e atuação colaborativa.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Sistemas da Informação, ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência em instituições financeiras, fintechs ou instituições de pagamento (mandatório);
  • Vivência como BO ou PM Sênior, com atuação na gestão de produtos financeiros (mandatório);
  • Capacidade de comunicação clara e empática, em diferentes níveis e expectativas;
  • Capacidade analítica e orientado a resultados;
  • Conhecimentos em experiência do usuário.

Informações adicionais

  • Pós-graduação e/ou cursos de especialização na área de negócios/produtos;
  • Ter atuado em projetos estratégicos;
  • Certificações em metodologias ágeis e relacionadas a gestão de projetos;
  • Conhecimento de métodos de elaboração de plano de negócio;
  • Vivência na condução de discovery e inception;
  • Inglês e espanhol serão considerados um diferencial.
