Job Overview

This role drives the development and execution of technology strategy for a growing ecommerce business in North America, partnering with global ecommerce organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce technology roadmap for North America, ensuring alignment with global goals.
  • Serve as regional product owner for the North American ecommerce tech stack, overseeing roadmap and technical requirements.
  • Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and technical partners, ensuring timely project execution and external agency relationships.
  • Manage D2C platform permissions, data flow across platforms (Shopify+, NetSuite, Celigo), and provide technical direction for new D2C site launches.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements, manage website reviews, and support integrations between the Consumer Data Ecosystem and ecommerce databases.
Requirements
  • Experience in Digital or ecommerce space (3-6 years), with strong understanding of ecommerce business and technical landscape.
  • Technical proficiency in ecommerce related tech stack – Headless ecommerce, ecommerce Platforms (e.g. Shopify+, Celigo, Contentful, Avalara, Salsify, Netsuite), SEO, PXM, Content Syndication.
  • Strong NetSuite expertise to support digital systems through entire order management lifecycle.
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to influence leaders, manage vendor relationships, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to work well across diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and data to drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with data privacy requirements and accessibility standards.
  • Agile experience: Experience using Agile delivery methods.
