Job Title

As a Financial Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients, ensuring timely issue resolution and compliance with process standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transactions according to quality standards, including fielding client inquiries and documenting end-user information.
  • Update availability in the RAVE system to ensure productivity, record queries, problem-solving steps, and resolutions.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve client queries and maintain internal knowledge bases for effective problem resolution.
  • Identify product details to facilitate better client interaction, document and analyze call logs to identify trends and prevent future problems.
  • Escalate serious issues to Team Leader when resolution is untimely, ensuring product information and disclosures are provided to clients before and after interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet process level SLAs.
  • Knowledge of transactional accounting principles and practices.
