Senior Business Application Analyst

About This Opportunity

This is a key role in our Sales and Distribution support processes, focusing on analyzing, improving, and governing technical aspects. You will lead Demand & Change Management in the sales and distribution area, evaluate Support Requests, and act as a Service and Support partner to Key Users.

As Senior Business Application Analyst, you will be responsible for presenting new technologies, offering business analysis, functional specifications, training users, and improving their knowledge. Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient solutions.

  • Demand & Change Management Lead in sales and distribution;
  • Evaluate Support Requests and decide on changes and projects;
  • Be a service and support partner to Key Users;
  • Present solutions with new technologies and offer business analysis and functional specifications;
  • Give trainings and improve know-how of users and Key Users.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • A master's degree in business administration or similar education;
  • Economic graduation or similar qualification;
  • Relevant working experience in SAP SD and cross-functional modules SAP LE-TRA/Oracle Transportation Module;
  • Experience with S/4 HANA, ITIL, ServiceNow, and Oracle TMS as assets.
