Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as the liaison between our clients and internal teams.

This role will ensure seamless client experiences by facilitating communication, translation, and workflow management across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Legal and Compliance teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Support translations and communications for Legal and Compliance departments.
  • Manage contract workflows with the Sales team to meet deadlines.
  • Assist with KYC, client onboarding, and Due Diligence processes.
RequirementsEssential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support, or customer success.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bonus Skills:
  • Certifications in relevant fields (e.g. data protection, financial regulations).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
