About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law.

This is a full-time remote role that requires strong research and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple cases.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client engagement and case preparation
  • Document collection and petition drafting
  • Submission and follow-up
  • Strategic analysis and case approach development
  • Collaboration with attorneys and team members

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification
  • Experience:
  • U.S. immigration law, particularly EB-2 NIW and EB-1A petitions
  • Skillset:
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
  • Proficiency with case management software and online filing systems
