Digital Marketing Expert

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

The role involves managing and optimizing Facebook Ads & Google Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI, creating ad copies using design tools like Photoshop or Canva, building and iterating on landing pages (WordPress + Elementor), testing buttons, hero texts, CTAs, and layouts, running A/B tests & experiments to improve conversion rates continuously, and tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRO tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth through data-driven marketing strategies
  • Manage and optimize Facebook Ads & Google Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI
  • Create ad copies using design tools like Photoshop or Canva
  • Build and iterate on landing pages (WordPress + Elementor)
  • Run A/B tests & experiments to improve conversion rates continuously
  • Track, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRO tools
Required Skills:
  • Proven expertise in Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads
  • Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in tools like GA4, GTM, Hotjar, or Mixpanel
  • Creative problem solver thriving on experimentation and iteration
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress & Elementor
