Sales Growth Strategist

A key role in our Sales team, the Sales Growth Strategist will drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.

This is a remote opportunity to join our Clinical Laboratory Solutions Sales team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for growing top-line revenue by acquiring new customers and retaining current ones while ensuring customer needs and company objectives are effectively met.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of laboratory services and product sales, as well as experience in managing client relationships and driving business growth. Key skills include:

  • Strategic planning and execution
  • Customer relationship management
  • Business development and growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,300 - $150,700, depending on location. In addition to base pay, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or laboratory services
  • Proven track record of business growth and customer satisfaction

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
