We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Regional Growth Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with field agents and leadership to drive agent recruiting, licensing, and product sales.

Responsibilities
  • Meet annual growth targets set for the organization.
  • Empower the field force with information, tools, and resources to achieve business goals.
  • Provide guidance to field leaders on strategic planning and issue resolution.
  • Conduct analysis of field performance to identify emerging trends and make recommendations to drive growth, engagement, and practical risk management.
  • Engage and empower field leadership to implement initiatives that improve business effectiveness.
  • Monitor agent recruiting and licensing within territories.
  • Consult with field leadership to ensure systems and programs adhere to guidelines and quality control measures.
  • Travel regularly to manage territory rotation, provide solutions/resources, training, and coaching on performance effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop teams of senior consultants to increase newly licensed agents and grow sales.
Qualifications
  • Five years of financial services industry experience.
  • Life license.
  • Solid understanding of the life insurance industry.
  • Understanding of employment regulations.
  • Outstanding communications and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid business acumen and sound judgement.
  • Technical aptitude to learn and train others.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Creative self-starter.
