About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Regional Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategies across events, content marketing, social media, and paid digital campaigns in the LatAm region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing events and marketing campaigns, with expertise in developing cohesive event strategies, messaging, audience, and execution.

The successful candidate will work closely with the regional sales team to understand region-specific market priorities and develop impactful brand activations that deliver engaging content through storytelling and creative experiences for our customers and prospects. Key responsibilities include strategy, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and events, as well as coordination with regional stakeholders to build event calendars and increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement event plans, including messaging, audience, and execution
  • Manage all aspects of event coordination, including contract negotiation, vendor relations, site selection, registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, on-site production, and logistics
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and ROI analysis, reporting results and recommendations to sales and marketing teams
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in event planning, field marketing, and/or marketing space
  • Proven track record of managing events and marketing campaigns, with expertise in developing cohesive event strategies and messaging
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively with internal and external clients
  • Ability to travel internationally and fluently communicate in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
