Responsibilities- Develop regional communications strategies aligned with global positioning and local cultural relevance.
- Localize earned media narratives reflecting the dating culture, values, and voices of Hinge's target audience in LATAM.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, comms, research, product, and trust & safety teams.
- Drive media outreach and build strong relationships with key editors, writers, and outlets across Mexico and Brazil.
- Support executive comms by preparing briefing materials, talking points, and regional messaging for spokespeople and subject matter experts.
- Monitor and elevate trends, competitive landscape, and relevant local narratives to inform PR strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or journalism, with a strong track record in consumer-facing storytelling. They will be culturally fluent, having a deep understanding of the cultural nuances, media environments, and dating norms in LATAM.
