Job Overview

The Regional Sales Manager oversees the indirect channel in their designated region, developing and implementing a profitable distribution strategy that prioritizes excellent customer service and continuous brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in commercial roles, specifically with distributors.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
