We're seeking a visionary and innovative business growth strategist to join our team. As a key partner, you will drive the rhythm of the business by consolidating, driving, and facilitating regional forecasts and operating cadences.
You will be responsible for pipeline and forecast management, ensuring operational rigor in weekly pipeline and forecast reviews, driving accuracy, accountability, and actionable insights for Sales leaders.
Growth enablement is also a critical component of this role, where you will identify growth strategies and opportunities across regions; collaborate with Sales Programs, Enablement, and Marketing to design and execute initiatives.
In addition, you will support strategic initiative execution by managing and tracking the execution of strategic initiatives by the Sales organization in support of corporate priorities and sales targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles, with significant exposure to regional sales organizations.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems, Excel/Sheets, and business analytics tools; experience with quota/commission systems preferred.
- A proven track record of supporting or partnering with senior sales leadership in a high-growth SaaS environment.
