About the Role

In this opportunity as HRBP Sr Manager, you will lead the HR strategy for the Technology Area, driving business growth and employee engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR initiatives to support business objectives
  • Providing strategic guidance to senior leaders on HR-related matters
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related risks and opportunities
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

About You

You are a fit for this role if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Background experience as an HRBP in a technology area or company
  • Deep knowledge of HR policies, processes, and core HR-related topics impacting the employee life cycle
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding interpersonal, mentoring, and communication skills
