Senior Technical Specialist

This position plays a crucial role in the delivery of complex projects, ensuring that all designs are executed as per specifications and any changes are effectively resolved and documented.
Key Responsibilities:- Review technical documents, 2D drawings, BIM models & asset data to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Identify and resolve conflicting design elements through collaborative efforts and effective communication.
- Oversee infrastructure design deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support senior engineers in developing key project documentation, including project execution plans and quality control plans.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary data and proactively mitigate potential constraints.
- Prepare and manage technical queries, ensuring clarity and timely responses.
- Assist in subcontractor coordination, reviewing technical submissions, and ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Track technical delivery schedules and support timely document submittals.
- Liaise with planning teams to update working programmes and address technical queries from site.
- Support temporary works design, including tower cranes, hoists, and formwork systems.
- Contribute to value engineering initiatives and manage as-built/redline drawing processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Technical Engineer or similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks/Revizto, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong understanding of technical review processes and coordination.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
