Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned technical writer to join our team and create high-quality documentation for strategic integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting clear, actionable content for APIs, integrations, and developer workflows.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive product knowledge base that scales expertise across the organization. They will also design information architecture for integration-related content and populate it with practical guides.

We are looking for a skilled writer who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable content for diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern documentation tools and workflows, including Confluence, Jira, Figma, Markdown, GitHub, and docs-as-code.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Senior-Level Technical Writing Experience: Fast-paced, high-growth tech companies require writers who can adapt quickly and produce high-quality content under tight deadlines.
  • A Portfolio or Work Samples Demonstrating API Documentation: A strong portfolio showcasing API documentation, integration guides, and developer-focused content is essential for this role.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication: Clear, concise writing and excellent communication skills are crucial for translating complex technical concepts into actionable content.
  • Experience with Modern Documentation Tools and Workflows: Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Figma, Markdown, GitHub, and docs-as-code is necessary for creating and managing high-quality documentation.
