About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished professional to drive and embed our compliance program, partnering with internal teams to design, develop, implement, and monitor screening and monitoring rules. This role is responsible for regulatory obligations in Brazil and reports to a senior director of financial crime compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and develop our FCC compliance framework in Brazil.
  • Manage and set targets for the FCC team.
  • Provide day-to-day management and execution of regulatory interactions, examinations, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Represent us with critical external stakeholders, including regulators and financial partners.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial crimes compliance in a licensed financial institution in Brazil.
  • Ability to multitask effortlessly and handle challenging priorities under deadlines.
  • Credible stakeholder engagement and management skills to align with our organisational values and behaviours.
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
