Job Description- Establish and maintain a robust compliance framework that aligns with business strategy and regulatory obligations. Develop policies and procedures to ensure the company's integrity, reputation, and regulatory standing.
The Compliance Lead will oversee the development and implementation of risk management strategies, identify operational, financial, and reputational risks, and drive mitigation measures. This role requires strong understanding of financial services laws and regulations, as well as experience in managing compliance programs.
Requirements- Strong knowledge of AML/CTF and risk management frameworks, preferably within capital markets and securities brokerage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs and risk management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to partner with senior leaders across legal, finance, operations, and technology.
