Master Mold Operator

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe changeover of production tools. Your primary objective is to prepare the mold for production by preheating, cooling, and connecting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric components.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a similar position and possess academic qualifications in Secondary or Vocational Training. Proficiency in languages such as injection, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanics, basic electricity, and moldflow is essential.

You will be responsible for:

• Verifying production schedules and preparing tools for changeovers
• Pre-setting up areas and ensuring raw materials are dry and ready on time
• Maintaining and updating the set-up tool book
• Reporting any incidents with robots, hands, injection machines, tools, or peripherals
• Guaranteeing compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures

We offer additional training opportunities in injection, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanics, basic electricity, moldflow, and basic machinings in the toolshop.
