The role involves performing overhauls and repairs on 4-stroke medium-speed engines, interacting professionally with customers during work execution, and ensuring that work is executed according to Wärtsilä QEHS guidelines and site procedures.
We are looking for an individual with a strong safety-first mindset, passion for developing their knowledge of 4-stroke engines, and technical experience in reciprocating engine repair and overhaul. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree in a relevant field, such as mechanics, automation, or naval engineering.
A completed or in-progress Bachelor's degree in engineering is a plus, and English proficiency at an intermediary or advanced level is required. Additionally, the ability to interact professionally and deliver solutions to customers during work execution is essential.
Experience in installation, operation, and maintenance of turbochargers, pumps, heat exchangers, fuel systems, lubrication systems, and cooling systems is desirable. We also value experience in working with electrical systems.

- Perform overhauls and repairs on 4-stroke medium-speed engines.
- Interact professionally with customers during work execution.
- Ensure that work is executed according to Wärtsilä QEHS guidelines and site procedures.
- Perform internal and external progress status of assigned work.
- Assist in creating Service Work Reports.
- Follow-up and report on the status of work orders to customers and/or internal stakeholders.
