Senior Quality Assurance Manager

This key position will be responsible for ensuring adherence to national and international regulatory standards, maintaining a robust quality management system, and leading a team of professionals focused on quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Quality Team: Develop a strong compliance culture and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Oversee Quality Systems: Manage audits, risk management, complaints, CAPAs, and supplier qualification to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Safeguard Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable quality and regulatory standards in Brazil and international markets.
  • Support Regulatory Inspections: Collaborate with regulatory agencies and external partners during inspections and audits.
  • Drive Process Validation: Lead process validation, system qualifications, and change control management to maintain a robust Quality Management System.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Quality Assurance within regulated industries.
  • Leadership Role: At least 8 years of leadership experience managing large teams.
  • Quality Knowledge: Solid understanding of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and international standards.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English proficiency.
