Job Overview

As a shift leader, you are responsible for ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the senior leader on site and drive key decisions to maintain efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
  • Coordinate between Associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient and effective food and beverage service.
  • Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates, driving productivity and performance.
  • Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.
