  • Database Management: Solid understanding of database concepts and experience working with PostgreSQL and Redis.
  • Data Analysis: Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and using analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
