As a seasoned professional in the realm of enterprise resource planning, you will play a pivotal role in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle EBS functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Deliver expert-level functional knowledge in Oracle EBS Services modules, including Order Management, Field Services, Install Base, and Service Contracts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, capture, and map business needs to Oracle EBS functionality, driving solution development.
- Lead configuration and business process walkthroughs with clients.
- Perform thorough testing, coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client IT and business process leads.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Oracle field service requests (CS), tasks, JTF resources, and debrief processes (CSF).
- Proficiency in Oracle install base (CSI) and customer master modules.
- Familiarity with Oracle Service Contracts (OKC) and AR invoice integration is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent collaboration and remote team support skills.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, escalation management, people management, planning, and estimation abilities.
