Job Overview
  • We are seeking a skilled software developer to lead the design and implementation of our public safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications for emergency dispatch and reporting systems.
  • Create scalable and reliable on-premise and cloud-based products for public safety and enterprise markets worldwide.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with UI programming in C#/.NET, including familiarity with multiple UI frameworks.
  • Advanced debugging skills, including experience with memory dumps, performance profiling, and root cause analysis.
  • Expert proficiency with Git and experience working with distributed version control systems in a collaborative development environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Strong leadership skills, including experience leading technical teams and driving project completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex technical projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
