Artistic Ambassador Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused In-Store Artist to provide an exceptional experience by inspiring our customers through artistic customization.

As a Golden Goose ambassador, you will engage with customers, promote products, and share our brand story. Your artistic abilities will be utilized to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the brand and its values.
  • Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe items and customization options.
  • Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.
  • Co-create special and unique items through our LAB Experience.
  • Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.
  • Participate as one team, supporting to accomplish goals and maximize sales.
  • Strictly follow procedures, policies, and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.
  • Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed.
  • Act as a Sales Associate when not on tour or co-creating.
Key Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
  • Artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling).
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
  • Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Other languages a plus.
