Job Opportunity: Fiscal Analyst

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced fiscal analyst to join our team.
  • This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and processing CST and CSOSN codes in accounting software and client systems;
  • Maintaining Sefaz and Federal Revenue notifications;
  • Preparing and submitting annual declarations, including DEFIS, DISMEI, DIMOB, DEMED, and GIA Annual;
  • Processing monthly declarations, such as SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, EFD-REINF, and DCTF;
  • Negotiating tax installment plans at state, municipal, and federal levels;
  • Conducting tax research for data provision and configuration of the invoice system for clients;
  • Configuring and reviewing accumulators, taxes, and operations;
  • Verifying tax calculations (legal bases, calculation bases, actual calculations).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in fiscal analysis;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and tax regulations;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
