As a Financial Analyst, your role will involve supporting the Finance Director in preparing budgets and forecasts. You will be responsible for uploading budget, sales plan, and forecast information into our Budgeting and Forecasting system.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Supporting the Finance Director in preparing budgets and forecasts
- Uploading budget, sales plan, and forecast information into our Budgeting and Forecasting system
- Communicating financial planning policies and guidelines to relevant areas
- Review revenue-related KPIs and sales plans variances
- Analyzing financial OPEX performance indicators, reviewing variances against targets, and collaborating with departments to close performance gaps
- Collecting and consolidating actuals versus budgets across departments and supporting the preparation of management dashboards
This is a hybrid role based in São Paulo, Brazil, offering flexibility to work both remotely and onsite. You will have the opportunity to work with teams located in the USA and France.
OthersA maximum of 4–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related field is required. Demonstrated potential for growth and willingness to develop a long-term career within the organization are also essential.
