As a member of BCG's X Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in connecting technology with strategy.
You will work alongside top consulting teams globally, applying your software development skills to a range of ambitious and groundbreaking international projects.
Your contributions will be vital in enhancing BCG's Consulting and BCG X teams by providing essential software development insights and accelerating project delivery.

You will utilize your expertise in software development methodologies to enhance the value of BCG's Consulting and BCG X teams and Practice Areas.

We are looking for technically proficient consultants who possess strong experience and diverse skills to join our dynamic team.

If you are motivated by technology and ready for impactful challenges, our BCG X Delivery team could be an ideal fit.Technical Skills - Knowledge and Experience with:
- Coding Proficiency: Strong coding skills and expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, Kotlin, Go, Ruby, Rust, C#, etc. Experience with multiple languages is preferred.
- Web Development: Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular. Demonstrated projects or work experience are beneficial.
- API Development: Solid experience in creating APIs using REST or GraphQL.
- Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and capable of effective deployment on these platforms.
- Database Management: Proficient in both relational and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, Neo4j, and Redis.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with Spark, Hadoop, or similar systems.
- Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like CircleCI, Jenkins, etc.
- Curiosity about technology with interest and exposure to AR/VR, IoT, AI, Blockchain.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code practices using Terraform, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Proven background in end-to-end application development, preferably in a commercial or consulting environment.
- Active contributions to open-source projects or technical communities are highly valued.
