We're an international leader in the delivery sector, revolutionizing food and consumer goods delivery worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly supply data to identify operational issues and drive strategic solutions.
  2. Develop and adjust logistics pricing strategies, using incentives to boost rider activity, performance, and retention rates.
  3. Enhance operational efficiency by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and solving problems.
  4. Manage cost and budget for pricing and subsidies.
  5. Collaborate with the product team to launch relevant supply operation systems, improving product efficiency and intelligence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in the internet/logistics/O2O industry.
  • Logistics experience preferred, especially in data analysis and strategy.
  • Familiarity with food delivery companies is beneficial.
  • Data-driven professional with strong communication and integration skills.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish a plus.
