We are seeking a Digital Channels Leader to spearhead our digital banking initiatives across Latin America.

This strategic role will drive our success in the region, ensuring market relevance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in commercializing our digital platforms, leveraging their expertise in product management and payments industry to drive expansion.

  • Develop and execute a commercialization strategy for digital platforms across Latin America.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital banking initiatives and enhance customer experience.
  • Develop strategies to increase platform adoption and usage.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with LATAM regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to build strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital banking or related fields.
  • Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the LATAM regulatory environment.
  • Strong relationship skills.
