The ideal candidate will support the HR department across the Latin America region, contributing to strategic objectives in alignment with company policies.

This role plays a key part in promoting harmonization of HR processes across regions and functions within the organization.

  • Provide training during onboarding sessions
  • Prepare reports on HR functions and activities
  • Update Excel files for bonus calculations
  • Assist employees with the organizational system
  • Support Performance Management (Annual Reviews)
  • Maintain employee document folders
  • Assist in process automation
  • Communicate celebration announcements
  • Contribute to diversity projects
  • Provide general human resources support

  • Currently attending college in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
