Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our technical projects and teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  1. Apply project management principles to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  2. Manage risks, dependencies, and technical challenges during project execution.
  3. Oversee data flow from source systems to dashboards, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  4. Identify and manage AWS services involved in project execution, including S3, Glue, Redshift, and Athena.
  5. Ensure critical stages like ingestion, transformation, storage, and visualization are properly managed.
  6. Apply core data governance principles, including quality, access control, and compliance.
  7. Ensure data security and traceability using appropriate tools and practices.
  8. Facilitate Power BI integration with AWS data sources.
  9. Implement data modeling best practices in Power BI.
  10. Manage report publishing and access using Power BI Service.
  11. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  12. Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  13. Identify and manage technical risks, such as data quality issues and pipeline failures.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English (Advanced Level).
  • Previous experience as an IT Project Manager.
  • Certifications: PMP/PMI certification or Agile certification (e.g., PSM).
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, data flow, and AWS services.
  • Solid understanding of data governance principles and data security practices.
  • Experience with Power BI integration, including data modeling and report management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in managing risks and dependencies in technical projects.
