Organizational Change Leadership

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead organizational transformation by enabling positive changes in processes and protocols through strategic planning, execution, and monitoring. This role is key to ensuring a seamless transition into new systems that maximize efficiency.

This position involves planning, implementing, and supervising organizational changes, performing key roles in the change management process, continuously evaluating every step of the change processes and protocols of the proposed changes, and finding solutions to bridge the gaps in these systems. Additionally, this role requires ensuring that the training plans guarantee a smooth transition into the new strategy, tracking the progress of the new changes, and reporting them to senior business heads and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a change manager or in a similar role, with proficiency in change management practices, principles, frameworks, and tools. They should also have experience working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and supervise organisational changes.
  • Perform key roles in the change management process.
  • Continuously evaluate every step of the change processes and protocols of the proposed changes.
  • Ensure that the training plans guarantee a smooth transition into the new strategy.
  • Track the progress of the new changes and report them to senior business heads and stakeholders.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field of study.
  • English Advanced (B2-C1).
  • +8 years of experience.
  • Prior experience working as a change manager or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in change management practices, principles, frameworks, and tools.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar field.
  • Intermediate Spanish proficiency (highly desirable).
  • CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) certification.
  • Experience in monitoring change management protocols from start to finish.
  • Hands-on experience in leading implementation projects from planning to execution.
