We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a remote team of engineers in developing cutting-edge software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative and productive team culture.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers in the development of Python and Golang microservices that power our global software distribution engine. This is a highly scalable SaaS product that requires expertise in software development, architecture, and security.
The team will work closely with other engineering teams, product managers, and architects to deliver high-quality software solutions. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for setting and managing expectations, providing coaching and mentoring, and ensuring the team's success.
