We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
About the Role- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical specifications.
- Design and implement software solutions using React and .NET technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.
- Develop new features and maintain existing applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues with the software.
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize and plan projects.
- Estimate and plan work through user stories and tasks.
- Improve system performance by identifying areas for optimization.
- Determine operational feasibility by providing analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare and implement solutions by determining, designing, and implementing system specifications.
- Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools and techniques.
- Protect operations by maintaining confidentiality.
- Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
- Achieve engineering and organization goals by completing related results as needed.
- Support and develop software engineers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
- Grow engineering teams by participating in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ Years of experience working as a Fullstack Developer.
- Experience mentoring associates through mid-level developers.
- Advanced English Level is required for this role.
