Clinical Team Manager

As a Clinical Team Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a critical role in leading clinical projects in the Neurosciences therapeutic area. This includes managing clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies, collaborating with project leads, and ensuring the successful completion of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement monitoring strategies and clinical tools in alignment with study protocols and client requirements.
- Collaborate with project leads to develop project plans and prepare for client meetings.
- Manage project financials, identify out-of-scope tasks, and support contract modifications.
- Lead clinical teams, ensure timelines and quality are maintained, and provide status updates to project leads.
- Implement risk management plans, manage CRF review and verification, and ensure achievement of final clinical deliverables.
- Collaborate with start-up teams on site feasibility and selection, and ensure sites are activated based on study timelines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
- Previous experience in the Neurosciences therapeutic area, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical project management.
- Effective leadership, mentoring, and training skills, with the ability to motivate and integrate teams.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and team members' workload.
- Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural matrix organization.
- Solid understanding of change management principles, clinical monitoring practices, and requirements.
- Strong judgment, decision-making, escalation, critical thinking, and risk management skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including English language proficiency.
