Regional Finance Director

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our finance team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial controlling, audit, advisory, or management accounting.
Key responsibilities include helping steer the company's financial direction, ensuring compliance with accounting, regulatory and tax requirements, and working closely with various teams to implement regional finance capabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing monthly and quarterly financials, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and leading the Regional Finance team in Brazil.
Requirements- You must be an experienced finance professional with expertise in Brazilian financial reporting standards and IFRS, as well as knowledge of financial resources controls and industry-specific regulatory rules.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder groups is essential.
- As a finance business partner, you will provide commercial insights, support decisions, and align with business strategy.
- Self-starting, detail-oriented, and comfortable with uncertainty, you will thrive in a flexible environment.
This is a hybrid role based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, offering a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization.
