Medical Science Liaison (MSL) - Hematology

Our company is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our team in São Paulo. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hematology and be able to effectively communicate with physicians, academics, and other stakeholders.

Job Description:
  • The MSL mission is to discuss treatments with physicians and other customers to shape behaviors and support informed decision making while identifying and bringing medical insights into the organization as inputs to medical strategy.
  • Key activities include serving as a scientific medical reference for internal and external stakeholders, building relationships with community and academic HCPs, conveying the value of attributes related to innovation, and executing field medical educational events.

The role requires a strong therapeutic area scientific knowledge and skills to interpret scientific data, relevant work experience in healthcare or academic research, and previous experience as an MSL.

Additional qualifications include proficiency in English, MS Office, and being available to travel 50% of the time. A doctoral degree is desirable, as are communication and presentation skills, business acumen, teamwork, leadership, and influencing skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Scientific Areas
  • Deep therapeutic area scientific knowledge and skills to interpret scientific data
  • Relevant work experience in healthcare or academic research
  • Previous experience as MSL
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Available to travel 50% of the time
  • Valid type-B drivers' license
  • Doctoral degree is desirable
