We are seeking a bold and performance-driven professional to lead our digital acquisition strategy across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) for high-growth direct-to-consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta and Google Ads
  • Oversight of campaign performance across multiple direct-to-consumer brands and markets
  • Collaboration with creative, conversion rate optimization, and product teams to build high-converting customer journeys
  • Media buying, budget allocation, forecasting, and return on ad spend optimization
  • New targeting strategies, ad formats, and funnel structures testing and implementation
  • Leading a team of media buyers and performance analysts
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years in paid media with proven success scaling direct-to-consumer brands via Facebook & Google
  • Strong command of customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, lifetime value, blended margin of error, and attribution models
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and post-purchase analytics tools
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to balance numbers and strategy
  • Bonus: Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, Northbeam, or similar direct-to-consumer stack
