Are you a skilled technical project manager seeking a challenging role that combines leadership and expertise? This is an exciting opportunity to lead the deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions within Mondelez Brazil. As the Deployment Lead, you will oversee the entire BU deployment lifecycle, from planning and preparation to testing and hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Provide technical guidance and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure the technical feasibility of solutions and oversee the quality of technical deliverables.
  • Deployment Planning & Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive S/4HANA deployment plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and manage a team of functional and technical consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Execution & Monitoring: Oversee the deployment activities, monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in technical project management, with a focus on SAP ERP implementation projects and S/4HANA deployments.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to work in a team.
What You Will Contribute:
  • Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using appropriate methodology and tools.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/or program manager when needed.
  • Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports, and monthly review meetings.
