
Customer Excellence Specialist

This is a challenging role where you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with the future state designed blueprint.
Key Responsibilities:- Elevate End to End Government Pricing and Contracting journeys, mapping interactions with upstream stakeholders such as commercial sales and account management teams, global pricing, tax and finance.
- Drive standardization and process harmonization globally, acting as a Change Champion within the Pricing community and among stakeholders.
- Design, build, validate, and deploy Government Pricing and Contracting processes across the globe, maintaining integrity with the global template.
- Maintain a Global and Business focus with sound reasoning in all activities, handling partner concerns of issues and business risks, developing solutions, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Compose Business Process changes aligned with the future state of the Government Pricing and Contracting ecosystem architecture to meet Innovative Medicine Business needs.
- Lead and manage the execution of day-to-day operational Business Simulation.
- User Acceptance testing activities to ensure that clear acceptance criteria are defined to support Government Pricing and Contracting, Bids & Tenders, Rebates, Chargebacks, and other Pricing processes.
- Provide insights and support for all training and compliance documentation, setting processes for ongoing updates.
- Maintain in-depth business process knowledge and expertise, ensuring knowledge center documentation.
- SUPPORT quality compliance system validation and change control processes to ensure ongoing compliance state and good practices.
- Build advanced analytics and recommend metrics that ensure accuracy, timeliness, and governance.
- Monitor metrics processes using technology and ensure regional adoption, gathering input from key functional stakeholders, Voice of Customer surveys, and community of practice participants.
- Lead a team of 2 to 5 people, owning people and performance management processes for reporting teams.
- Regularly communicate with Deliver Leadership team and Contract Management & Pricing Regional leads on project updates, process changes, business issues, and opportunities.
