Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Implementation Engineer to join our team. As an Application Engineer II, you will be responsible for helping customers enhance their productivity, debug complex issues, and provide solutions in digital tools & flows.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with R&D and Product Engineering to identify and prioritize product improvement initiatives through formal methods.
  • Champion customer needs and work with R&D and marketing to develop competitive and creative technical solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality support to customers by creating impactful knowledge content, tool adoption kits, and other documents to increase self-service.
  • Develop out-of-the-box solutions to customer problems using tool capabilities or scripting techniques.
  • Show willingness to adapt to changing customer needs by picking up new technology/tools and flows.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or similar field.
  • Experience in Digital Implementation flows on advanced nodes.
  • Expertise in one or more domains – Synthesis/Physical Design - Place & Route/STA.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages & flow development is a plus.
  • Excellent debugging skills and ability to separate critical issues from trivial ones.
  • Leadership experience in managing small to mid-size teams of engineers is a plus.
