The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and proven experience managing multiple programmatic channels.

They will collaborate closely with internal teams and retail media platforms to shape the future of programmatic advertising within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic programmatic advertising initiatives.
  • Design and scale high-performance programmatic strategies.
  • Deliver measurable results through data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
  • Manage regular client communications to review programmatic performance.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising.
  • 2+ years in a client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of DSPs and programmatic channel management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful programmatic campaigns.
  • Ability to connect full-funnel marketing efforts to retailer-specific sales goals.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
