Transformational Digital Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Elevate strategic partnerships with educational institutions to drive transformative growth and develop a multi-year digital transformation strategy.
• Nurture the mindset of customers, partners, and sales teams by introducing innovative solutions that highlight the value proposition for education.
• Focus on customer-centric time by leading a healthy and predictable business that delivers agreed-upon digital transformation strategies while maintaining rigorous sales process compliance.
• Establish yourself as an industry expert who maps educational scenarios and learning outcomes to technical deployment plans, enabling customers to succeed with their vision and goals.
• Ensure customers have a modernized classroom and cloud-ready environment through well-planned deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with technical decision-makers to deliver desired outcomes, influencing buying decisions, architecting, developing, and deploying cloud-based solutions on Microsoft technologies.
• Lead architectural discussions on modern classrooms with managed customers and local partners to:
  • Implement a secure identity system for students, faculty, and staff (Azure Active Directory Premium).
  • Promote a modern cloud-based deployment of Microsoft technology in the classroom (Intune, Intune for Education, School Data Sync, and AutoPilot).
  • Grow and protect Windows 10 device adoption by showcasing and creating demand for experiences on Windows/M365.
• Understand the local partner ecosystem, key solution partners' technical development, and joint execution to successfully pilot and deploy Microsoft technology in the classroom.
• Clear technical, competitive, and security blockers to accelerate Microsoft Education Modern Classroom sales.
• Maintain continuous knowledge growth and expansion in technical, sales, industry, technology, and competitive areas.
• Provide valuable insights and feedback from customers and partners to the Microsoft Worldwide Industry Teams to enhance learning and improvement in industry solutions and digital transformation offerings.

Essential Qualifications:

• One year of experience working directly with customers in a tech sales, consulting, or support role focused on solution architecture.
• Azure: Three years of broad technical experience with Microsoft Azure; deeper focus around ISVs (app development, data & AI, AKS, Cloud Native, GitHub, and Azure Marketplace).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure.
• Deep understanding of:
  • Experience working with Azure or similar solutions preferred.
  • Microsoft Well Architected Framework.
  • Understanding of Cloud Platforms and ability to engage with ISV technical leadership as a trusted advisor.
• Hold one of the following Associate Certifications (or equivalent): Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204), Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203), Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300), Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), or prepare to attain certification within three months.
• Cloud Specialization in key areas: Data & Analytics, App Innovation & AI, Infrastructure & Security is desirable.
