Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking a strategic IT program manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives in Latam and US. This role is crucial in overseeing the successful execution of cross-country IT projects, combining technical expertise with business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver programs on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards, ensuring timely delivery of new products or services.
- Coordinate project inter-dependencies, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain the overall integrity and coherence of the program.
- University degree in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering, economics, or information security, with extensive knowledge of Information Technologies and Information Security.
- Proven track record in portfolio management and program management, preferably linked to digital transformation.
- Strong background in international and technology-oriented fields, preferably with payment industry, fintech, and transactional business experience.
- Ability to command respect, create a sense of community, and lead project teams effectively.
Frequent travel across the Latam and US region is required.
Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
