About the Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced financial professional to lead our LATAM region's financial activities. This position will oversee the preparation and submission of accurate financial reports, as well as ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial plan aligned with IFRS and group policies.
  • Prepare statutory accounts and meet all necessary compliance deadlines.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions and reconcile statements.
  • Review key balance sheet reconciliations and approve high-risk financial assumptions.
  • Ensure consistency between external consolidated reports and internal systems.
Requirements
  • Accountancy qualification - Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related areas;
  • Strong experience in financial leadership, preferably in a senior role;
  • In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and local accounting standards;
  • Experience in managing and achieving results through working with outsourced service providers related to financial controlling;
  • Experience in operating within group reporting requirements and timetables, as well as matrix-based reporting lines;
  • Experience in external audit processes;
  • Experience in SAP, other financial reporting software and Microsoft Office applications;
  • Fluency in English is essential.
